Run Environment Poll

Either I added it on or the game added it on for me, but league dynamic evolution was checked on, with changes in the run environment one of the settings. I'm not sure if any specific effects have happened in our universe yet, but the radio button being on means they could happen. I'm wondering what the league would prefer:

Dynamic run environment. Sometimes the league changes and pitching becomes more prevalent or hitting becomes more prevalent. This changes the context if statistics and performance and forces GMs to contextualize performance a little more.

No dynamic run environment. 2023 factors exist forever

I'm all for having the run evironment change a bit, but it is something that we should note what a standard run environment is and like if it changes a lot we can revote?

I think the run environment may be league factors changing automatically. If we get to a point where we do not like the environment, we can vote on changing the league factors back to a specific point in time.
