We have a huge amount of game-generated players that just sit out in free agency, especially 2-star free agents. I'd like to create a foreign league with no player-creation. The league would merely exist to vacuum up players and give them a place to play.
I'm thinking the finances would be similar to the Nippon League at the top and then flatten out so it's just below the PBA at the bottom (I'm thinking $1.2 million for Fair players).
Obviously a lot of thought and experimentation would need to go into the details before this league goes live so this would have a 2027 start date. League would likely run from May-October and have teams in Europe and Africa.
