For starters, I'm going to change the language of plate appearances to at bats.
Right now, the goal of restricting bonus incentives is to set them low enough where it's somewhat likely a player will reach the bonus. I set 500 at bats as the threshold. The game defaults with incentives to 550 plate appearances on most negotiations so if a GM just meets demand, they're going to hand out an illegal contract.
I'm opening up to the league the best way to handle this. It should be known that most bonus are very small, and by nature, 25% of the lowest year of the contract. Do we want the ease of negotiation and not having oops, your contract is illegal, or do we want to make it more feasible for players to hit incentives with lower plate appearance minimums.
