There's specific language about how much cash can be sent back in trades for specific lengths of time. Retaining salaries makes this rule somewhat obsolete. There's also somewhat confusing language about cash that can be interpreted as teams are not allowed to retain more than 50% of salary in a trade. I do not care for that restriction nor the potential confusion, and will change the language in the constitution.
