OOTP is weird with some of the player eligibility it supplies for the all-star game. It's usually not a huge issue, as players not on a position list usually get elected as reserves. However, some GMs would like to specifically list the player they'd like to represent them in the All-Star game. For me, it's a little bit of work to get this set up as right now everything is done in game. There's some trickiness where this could get messy with the CPU vote, and I feel that this solves a problem that doesn't need solving, but it's worth putting to a vote.
