It's fun to kick off the season with a marquee game on the Sunday before most teams get started. The game generates one (or three depending on year) automatically since the schedules are skeletons of seasons past. However, there's no reason why we can't leave it up to the league to vote on what game they'd like to see. I encourage teams not to vote for their own games if their team doesn't project to be very interesting, but I can't stop you. Also, no need to finish this incredibly quickly. I'll keep the poll open through the end of next week.
So what game do you want featured!

My vote was for a very talented Cubs team taking on another playoff squad in Pittsburgh. Also a divisional game. Is Kansas City good enough to warrant this game, or are the White Sox simply darlings of the PBA!
I also gave Cleveland-Boston some consideration.

I have to open the season against the Mets again? Well, last year the World Series champs won 9 of our first 10 meetings, but Miami won 8 of the last 9. 6 of the 19 games were decided by one run.
I haven't voted yet. It looks like there are a lot of lopsided matchups on opening day.

Part of me wanted to vote a trash game just to mess with people, but you know what? I actually think Mariners/Reds will be somewhat interesting.
Both teams were very active this offseason, and most notably: King Felix will likely start against his former team. Vote small market, vote intrigue, vote M's/Reds!
