Poll regarding draft pick trading: Language probably has to be changed anyway as StatsPlus allows for trades to happen after picks have been selected.

"Draft picks can only be traded for the upcoming draft and only after the World Series and prior to that pick “on the clock” in the draft.
Compensation “COMP” draft picks cannot be traded."
This is language in Constitution right now
