Seattle and Oakland update their deal, which should be able to go through financially:

Seattle sends:
- Jarrod Dyson (retain 45%)
- Leonys Martin (AAA)

Oakland sends:
- Jed Lowrie
- Brandon Bailey (A)

I should be around during the time of the sim, so if for some reason this doesn't work out I'll be available to adjust last minute.
