Right now Players to be Named Later are allowed to be included in trades, mainly to legalize trades where a player can't be swapped until June 15. I find PTBNL a concept that allows teams to find loopholes in trading, plus they're burdensome to track so I'm proposing banning them.

It seems to me that these trades are super rare as is. When was the last PTBNL trade we had in the league?
