Right now, players who get injured in the middle of a playoff series cannot be replaced on the roster. I'm fine with that as I think rosters should be set for series to prevent IL abuse, and I'm generally in favor of the challenge of more restrictions. Some GMs want the option to replace injured players mid series. It's worth putting to a vote.

Wouldn’t expanding rosters kind of resolve this?

Wouldn’t expanding rosters kind of resolve this? I think players will want to avoid carrying dead weight no matter how large the roster =/

I'm not sure the game actually enforces the current rule. It says on the roster screen that you can't make moves mid-series, but I think it still lets you. (As I recall it happened in a recent season).

(As I recall it happened in a recent season). It definitely allows you to place injured players on the IL and recall injured players. It doesn't let you put someone on the IL and replace them with someone not on the playoff roster.
