Cotton is at the minimum. Grossman is in arbitration asking for over a million. I'm confused do I have to get under budget in one move?

If you have multiple trades, I'm counting the aggregated dollars in and out. Right now Grossman is at or near the minimum. In future years I'll probably postpone trading until after arbitration.
