There are two ways for teams to qualify for increasing their stadium size by 5,000 seats.
1) If a team makes the playoffs in four of five seasons AND earns a profit of at least $5 million in four of five seasons, then they are allowed to increase their stadium size by 5,000 seats.
2) If a team makes the playoffs in three of five seasons, AND wins a championship in one of those seasons, AND earns a profit of at least $10 million in three of five seasons, then they are allowed to increase their stadium size by 5,000 seats.
