Vote on whether or not players signed as minor league free agents can be eligible to be traded immediately or if they need to be continue to wait until June 15. Impetus for a change is procedural. Minor leaguers tend to fall through the cracks when I process trades as I'm not always aware of when minor league players became free agents. Impetus to not change is that minor league free agents sign with teams for a reason and trading them early gets around that.
